Swing Door Ultra Latch Works on all swing doors where door leaf is flush with jamb.

Sectional Overhead Door Model

Sectional Overhead Door Ultra Latch Comes with special strike plate which attaches with stove
bolts or is welded to the jamb and can be positioned to exact
alignment with the Ultra Latch. Striker also covers holes utilized
by previous locking devices.

These locks are best suited for use where strict key control is needed, such as large master keyed systems where the facility issues locks to the tenant, but retains a master key for management control. Since these are special order products, prices are quoted on an order to order basis.
