The WeatherProTM Threshold Seal is made form virgin vinyl, which makes it extremely pliable, creating a tight seal on rough and uneven surfaces.
Other brands are made from recycled material, which makes them harder to work with, and too stiff to make a good seal when installed in cold weather. And with LAI's specially formulated WeatherPro Seal, installation is as Easy As 1, 2, 3
Measure and Cut  With unit door closed, measure the outside length and cut the WeatherPro™ Threshold strip to that length. |
Mark  Raise the door, place' seal under it and lower of the seal's flap as shown. Make sure the fit Is snug. Trace the inside and outside of the seal on the floor with a marker. |
Line, Squiggle, and Walk  Apply two lines of adhesive 1/4 inch from your marker lines AND a squiggte inside the lines. Lay the threshold seal between the lines and press Into place. Then WALK THE STRIP to spread the adhesive. Make sure the threshold is between your lines and adjust if necessary. Allow 48 Hours for tile adhesive to DRY! |
