Ana Higareda has recently returned to Lock America International Inc. of Corona California as a customer service representative, a post she held for over ten years before taking time off to raise her family. Ana and the company are both enthusiastic about her return. Ana recognizes that the game has changed: “The security lock industry has changed quite a bit since I left. It’s faster paced and more challenging, and that’s why I’m excited to be back.”
